Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi doğrudan uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.

Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Silinen veriler geri getirilemez; aynı kişiyle yeniden eşleşseniz bile ortak geçmişiniz geri gelmez.

Uygulama içinden silme

QuestSide’ı açın ve Profil sekmesine gidin.
Sayfanın altındaki Hesabı Sil düğmesine dokunun.
Neyin silineceğini anlatan ilk uyarıyı okuyup Devam Et’e dokunun.
Hesabı Kalıcı Olarak Sil ile son onayı verin.
Hesabınız Apple veya Google ile bağlıysa kimliğinizi doğrulamak için bir kez daha giriş yapmanız istenir. Doğrulamanın hemen ardından silme tamamlanır.

Neler siliniyor

Profiliniz: adınız, avatarınız, altın bakiyeniz ve rozetleriniz
Ortak görevleriniz ve tüm görev geçmişiniz
Çiftin mağazasına eklenmiş tüm özel ödüller ve envanteriniz
Yüklenmiş tüm kanıt fotoğrafları (her iki tarafa ait olanlar dahil)
Firebase giriş kaydınız, Apple bağlantı jetonunuz ve varsa Google OAuth erişim izniniz

Partneriniz de bu ortak geçmişe erişimini kaybeder.

Nadir bir teknik hata Firebase giriş kaydının otomatik silinmesini engellerse işlem tamamlanmış sayılmaz ve mevcut giriş oturumu yeniden denemek için korunur. Uygulama içinden tekrar deneyebilir veya destek üzerinden giriş kaydının silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz.

Aboneliğinizi ayrıca iptal edin

Premium aboneliğiniz varsa hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; abonelikler ilgili mağaza tarafından yönetilir. iOS’ta Ayarlar → (adınız) → Abonelikler → QuestSide → Aboneliği İptal Et; Android’de Google Play → Abonelikler → QuestSide → İptal Et adımlarını izleyin.

E-posta ile talep

Uygulamayı açabiliyorsanız en sağlam yol Profil → Destek: buradan yazdığınızda hesap kimliğiniz mesaja otomatik eklenir, talebi hemen eşleştirebiliriz.

Uygulamayı açamıyorsanız (telefonunuzu kaybettiyseniz) hesabınıza bağlı Apple veya Google e-posta adresinden queapphelp@gmail.com adresine yazın. Hesap sahipliğini doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz.

Eski sürümlerde oluşturulmuş sağlayıcısız bir hesapta uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız kimliğinizi doğrulayamayabiliriz. Yanlış bir hesabı silmemek için doğrulayamadığımız talepleri karşılamıyoruz. Doğrulanan talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırıyoruz.

Formda hesabınıza bağlı e-posta ve kullanıcı adınızı belirtin; doğrulanan talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and your data directly in the app.

This cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be recovered — even if you match with the same person again, your shared history will not come back.

Deleting in the app

Open QuestSide and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
Read the first warning explaining what will be deleted, then tap Continue.
Give final confirmation with Permanently Delete Account.
If your account is linked with Apple or Google, you’ll be asked to sign in once more to verify your identity. Deletion completes immediately afterwards.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, avatar, gold balance and badges
Your shared tasks and your entire task history
All custom rewards added to the couple’s shop, and your inventory
All uploaded proof photos, including those from both sides
Your Firebase sign-in record, Apple connection token and, where applicable, the Google OAuth grant

Your partner also loses access to this shared history.

If a rare technical error prevents automatic deletion of the Firebase sign-in record, deletion is not reported as complete and the current sign-in session is kept so you can retry. You can try again in the app or ask support to remove the remaining sign-in record.

Cancel your subscription separately

If you have a Premium subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it — subscriptions are managed by the relevant store. On iOS, go to Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions → QuestSide → Cancel Subscription; on Android, Google Play → Subscriptions → QuestSide → Cancel.

Requesting by email

If you can open the app, the most reliable route is Profile → Support: writing from there attaches your account identifier automatically, so we can match your request straight away.

If you cannot open the app (for example you lost your phone), write to queapphelp@gmail.com from the Apple or Google email address linked to your account. We may request additional information to verify account ownership.

If your account was created without a provider in an earlier version and you cannot access the app, we may not be able to verify your identity. To avoid deleting the wrong account, we do not act on requests we cannot verify. Verified requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.
