QuestSide 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Bulunduğunuz ülke, bölge veya işletim sisteminde ilgili uygulama mağazası (App Store veya Google Play) daha yüksek bir yaş derecesi uyguluyorsa bu yüksek sınır geçerlidir. Hesabınızdan ve eşleşme kodunuzu kimlerle paylaştığınızdan siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı yalnızca hukuka uygun, kişisel amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
Eklediğiniz görev, mesaj ve fotoğraflar için gerekli hak ve izinlere sahip olmalısınız. Hukuka aykırı, taciz edici, tehditkâr veya rızasız içerik yasaktır. Uygulama içindeki bildir özelliğiyle uygunsuz içeriği bize iletebilir, partnerinizle eşleşmenizi sonlandırarak içerik paylaşımını durdurabilirsiniz; bildirilen içerikleri inceler, ihlal halinde kaldırır ve hesabı kısıtlayabiliriz. Eşleştiğiniz kişi, ortak alandaki içeriği görebilir. İçeriğinizin mülkiyeti sizde kalır; hizmeti sunabilmemiz için onu saklama ve eşleştiğiniz kişiye gösterme izni verirsiniz.
Fiyat, dönem ve sağlanan özellikler satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Abonelik, uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağazaya göre Apple veya Google Play tarafından tahsil edilir ve iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. Yönetim ve iptal için: iOS’ta Ayarlar → (adınız) → Abonelikler; Android’de Google Play → Abonelikler. Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; iadeler ilgili mağazanın (Apple veya Google Play) kurallarına tabidir.
Premium erişim uygulamada eşleştiğiniz partnerle paylaşılabilir. Eşleşme sona erdiğinde veya abonelik bittiğinde paylaşılan erişim de sona erebilir.
Hizmeti güvenli ve çalışır tutmaya çalışırız; bakım, ağ arızası veya zorunlu güncelleme nedeniyle geçici kesintiler olabilir. Hesabınızı Profil → Hesabı Sil yoluyla silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve aboneliği ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.
QuestSide partnerler arası iletişim ve görev düzenleme aracıdır; kullanıcıların davranışlarından sorumlu değildir. Zorunlu hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfanın tarihini güncelleriz; koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.

By using QuestSide, you agree to these terms. On iOS, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; on Android, the Google Play Terms apply. Mandatory law and the relevant store’s terms prevail if there is a conflict.
QuestSide is offered under the queApp brand; the iOS version is published by Berke Erengül and the Android version by Buse Namlı.
QuestSide is intended for users aged 18 and over. If the relevant app store (App Store or Google Play) applies a higher age rating in your country, region or operating system, that higher limit applies. You are responsible for your account and for who receives your matching code. You may use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for tasks, messages and photos you add. Illegal, abusive, threatening or non-consensual content is prohibited. You can report inappropriate content to us using the in-app report feature and stop content sharing by ending your match with your partner; we review reported content, remove it in case of a violation and may restrict the account. Your matched partner can see content in the shared space. You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store and show it to your matched partner only as needed to provide the service.
The price, period and included features are shown before purchase. Billing is handled by Apple or Google Play depending on where you downloaded the app, and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. To manage or cancel it: on iOS, Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription; refunds are governed by the rules of the relevant store (Apple or Google Play).
Premium access may be shared with your matched partner inside the app. Shared access may end when the match ends or the subscription expires.
We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, network failures or required updates may cause temporary interruptions. You can delete your account through Profile → Delete Account. Deletion cannot be undone, and you must cancel any subscription separately.
QuestSide is a tool for organising tasks and communication between partners; we are not responsible for users’ conduct. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the service is provided “as is”. We update the date on this page for material changes; if you do not agree, stop using the app and delete your account.
